The apartment is located on the main boulevard of St. Peter of Cetinje in Podgorica. The famous Podgorica promenade has resisted urbanism and continues to captivate with its beauty. Decades of tree-lined avenues give this location a special charm. Someone was smart, so he blended the urban whole into nature. Many important institutions are located in this part and the advantage is the proximity of schools and kindergartens as well as many commercial facilities. Access is from the parking lot located behind the building. There is enough parking space and there is a possibility of renting a parking space. Greenery, lawns and cypresses surround the building. The entrance is tidy and regularly maintained.

The interior
The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached by stairs. The apartment is entered through the hallway and you are already in a huge living room. Massive solid wood furniture dominates the room. There is enough space for daily activities. In the extension is the dining table and the kitchen is separate but within easy reach. There is also a large glass opening overlooking the greenery and the boulevard. The noise of the car is muffled and does not disturb. From that room you can go out on a long terrace that is glazed but very pleasant to relax. The rest room is reached through a long hallway, at the end of which is a bathroom. There are also two spacious rest rooms, with a large double bed, and two smaller beds in the other room. All rooms are draped and you feel comfortable. The furniture is not modern but it is cozy and comfortable. Small household appliances are at your disposal, as well as larger appliances for longer stays. The apartment is facing north – east.

Lease terms

The rental price is 500e with the possibility of a small correction for serious tenants. The first rent and deposit are given in advance, as a guarantee of settling accounts and respecting the lease period.
